As a third-party service, support and delivery provider, Ryzex offers several solution options from standard break-fix to customized managed services, replacing or augmenting the customer’s own technical resources. Unlike our competitors, Ryzex offers in-house, OEM and mixed solutions (OEM and Ryzex). In addition, Ryzex provides a “single solution” service experience for companies who have equipment from multiple manufacturers. With Ryzex, these companies have a single source for service; eliminating the hassle of multiple vendors, multiple purchase orders and invoices, plus they have a single source for technical support.
Ryzex has 21 authorized service relationships and 6 warranty relationships. All of our services can be offered on a Pan-Atlantic basis with offices strategically placed in the U.S., Canada, France, Germany and the U.K.
