The primary functions of the Ryzex Customer Portal include; online ordering from customized standards lists, submission of online repair authorizations (RA), custom reporting on assets, orders and repair history and asset tracking.
Our portal is designed with the Enterprise customer in mind. Permission/visibility structures and spending limits can be controlled from the customer side, providing flexibility in the personnel hierarchy and empowering the customer to manage their own business users. Access to data can be granted at a high level to management and executives while being limited to the site level for location/branch managers.
An ideal candidate for portal usage is a customer that repeatedly purchases certain items, multiple times per year. These items will be added to their custom standards list and are available to purchase at a set price point 24 hours a day. Another customer profile that is ideal for the portal is one who purchases Flat Rate Repair services. Our Online RA module expedites the repair process and provides the customer with visibility to the status of devices that are being repaired.
