A successful project requires two things:

• Someone to make a good plan and update it as necessary
• Someone to make sure the good plan gets followed

Both of these people are often project managers.

Ryzex Project Management services enable the customers to focus on their core business knowing that their data collection and mobile technology projects will be managed successfully from end-to-end, on time and on budget.

Adding Project Management to any Professional or Advanced Service offerings will transfer the risk from the customer to Ryzex.

• Less risk as Ryzex are the Specialists and will tailor a solution that will fit the scope and need of the Customer.
• Regular reviews of the Project and Project reports to ensure it stays within tolerance, scope and cost.
• Ryzex will plan working closely with our internal Delivery Teams to ensure Company wide understanding of agreed deliverables.
• Detailed Project Controls will be set up during the Initiation stage encompassing:

            - Risk Assessments
            - Change Plan and Processes
            - Communications Plan
            - Quality Plans including acceptance criteria
            - Project Initiation Documentation
