Problem	Possible Solutions
Touch Screen is not working properly	Re-align the digitizer: If problems are occurring with the digitizer, it may be necessary to re-align it. Tap Start > Settings > System tab. Tap the Screen icon. Tap the MAlign Screen button, then follow the on-screen instructions.
Backup Battery not holding retention	Charging the backup battery: The backup battery charges from the main battery. Allow the unit to sit with the main battery inserted. If the main battery is weak, replace it or insert the unit into a cradle.
