Partner Program Questions and Answers
(Q) As a software application/solution company, what do I do to qualify for the Partner Program?
(A) Ryzex’s participation criteria follows:
- Be a mobility software solutions provider with more than $1 million in annual sales revenue.
- Have sold or recommended durable hardware as part of your mobile solution.
- Have installed at least two projects using 50 or more handheld devices.
- Sign the Ryzex Partner Agreement.
(Q) What resources am I going to need to devote to this?
(A) Most of the resource commitment is being made by Ryzex and our OEM Equipment Partners. However, the Software Partner needs to be willing to commit to moving to Ryzex most or all of its hardware fulfillment business. You must also be willing to empower your sales force to use the Ryzex Pricing Tool to provide your customers initial budgetary quotes on hardware, and promote to the end customer the benefits of a durable hardware investment as opposed to lower-cost, breakable, consumer-grade hardware devices.
(Q) What does Ryzex offer that I’m not already getting from my other hardware provider relationships?
(A) Ryzex offers the most comprehensive package of services to accompany hardware fulfillment available in the market. No other competitor that we’re aware of can provide the same range of new hardware from multiple manufacturers, repair/Pre-Owned services, and a multitude of services to accompany deployment (staging, kitting, remote device management, training, helpdesk, break/fix, spares pool). On top of that, we’ll market your solution aggressively via our marketing campaign engine that automates and tracks the entire lead generation and sales process.
