From one place you can do wireless “over-the-air” updates, remotely take control of the device, wipe data on a lost device, track device location with GPS, enforce corporate use policies and maintain an accurate database of your mobile assets.
Customer Portal: Accessible 24x7, this is a central location where information regarding your automated data collection equipment in housed. You can use this portal to create custom reports, manage repair authorizations and track assets even if they weren’t purchased through Ryzex. It provides information about your company’s repair and purchasing history to assist in making insightful decisions.
